Tony was incredible throughout my entire healing journey. I came in with incredible neck pain and dizziness. Within a couple weeks Tony gave me the exercises and tools to get relief, as well as provide dry needling that took the pain away. I am now able to exercise, lift and live without pain/dizziness!

Tony is the best physical therapist I‘ve ever met. He is very professional and good at providing dynamic and the most appropriate treatment/training plans specifically for your needs. I benefited a lot from his months long physical therapy. My lower back pains are gone, and my knees are getting stronger with each passing day. I feel very lucky to have met him at my 60+ years age. I would definitely recommend Tony to my relatives/friends who may need physical therapy help.

Tony is the best physical therapist I’ve ever seen(and I’ve seen a few). He was smart, understanding, and even funny!! He taught me alot during our sessions, and we always got down the born of what ever was hurting me. He wants the best for his clients and never stops trying to figure out ways to get you to your best physical self. Thank you Tony! You are amazing!!

When it comes to dealing with dizziness, vertigo, or balance issues, patients frequently ask us

"Why do I keep feeling dizzy or off-balance?" "Why am I still experiencing Dizziness, Nausea, Balance issue after all this time?”

Many people assume that dizziness or vertigo will simply “go away” on its own, or that a few days of rest will help things settle. But for many, these symptoms linger, come and go, or even worsen unexpectedly, leaving them with ongoing uncertainty and frustration.

Does That Sound Like You?

A common situation we see is people who are advised by doctors to rest and take medications to “see if it improves.” But several weeks—or sometimes only days—later, they’re back to dealing with the same dizziness and imbalance, often without any clearer understanding of what’s really causing it.

What Can You Do To Alleviate Dizziness or Vertigo?

Well, here are 4 things you can do:

1.Decide to seek help – Many people delay addressing dizziness or balance issues, hoping they’ll simply “go away” with time. However, conditions affecting the vestibular system often persist or fluctuate, making early intervention crucial for effective recovery. Taking the first step toward professional help can make a lasting difference.

2.Consider specialized maneuvers and techniques – For certain vestibular conditions, specific maneuvers, such as those used for positional vertigo, can provide significant relief and are highly effective in reducing symptoms for many patients. Clinical studies indicate that these techniques can resolve symptoms quickly, offering a reliable path toward symptom relief.

3. Engage in targeted vestibular exercises – A well-structured exercise program designed by a physical therapist can be highly effective for improving balance and reducing dizziness. Research has shown that targeted vestibular rehabilitation exercises, when practiced consistently, significantly improve stability and confidence in daily activities.

4. Seek personalized vestibular therapy – Vestibular therapy offers tailored solutions for those experiencing dizziness, vertigo, and balance challenges. By working closely with a therapist to identify the best approach for your specific condition, whether through specialized maneuvers or exercise-based interventions, you can achieve lasting improvements and regain your quality of life.

I recently saw Tony for some extremely bad back pain. After one session with him my pain went from about an 8 (on a scale from 1-10) to about 3. After the second session, the pain was about a 1. He did several exercises in office, cupping and acupuncture and I’m so glad I went to see him. I would highly recommend him if you are having any kind of body pain.

"Cannot recommend Tony enough! He is the first physical therapist that has taken the time to explain WHY certain exercise help my neck issues better than others. He really takes the time to listen to you and asks great follow up questions to pinpoint how to best help. I was diagnosed with TOS and this PT was able to treat me without pain. He treated my nerve pain and helped me to calm down my nervous system. Now we working on improving posture, rebuilding and strengthening weak areas. He is also very friendly and good listener.
